New Verba Sorter Service sorts audio/video files into subfolders according to the year/month/day. No effect on single-site systems, calls are automatically recorded into the new directory structure. In multi-site systems, the service runs on Media Repository server. Files recorded before this service release installation are automatically reorganized into the new day based directory structure.
